How do I show metal, purity and weight on a jewellery product page?
Add a field for each detail, such as metal, purity, gross weight, net weight or stone, then fill it in for every piece. Buyers see these under the product. Turn on the filter option and they can also narrow the catalogue by them.
Can jewellery prices follow the daily gold rate?
No. Zopping does not work out prices from a metal rate or add making charges. You set a price for each piece and size, and it can differ by store. When rates change, upload a CSV to update many prices at once.
How do I sell rings and bangles in different sizes?
Add the size, and metal colour if you need it, as variants of one product. Each variant has its own barcode, price and stock for each showroom. A size you have run out of shows as unavailable.
How can I make sure jewellery is handed to the right customer?
Switch on OTP for order completion. The rider can mark the parcel delivered only after the customer reads out the code, so there is a record that the right person received it.
Can customers buy jewellery online and collect it from my showroom?
Yes. Turn on pickup and customers choose the showroom to collect from at checkout. On the Enterprise plan, these orders also appear in that store’s POS counter queue.
Can I accept cash only for showroom pickups?
Yes. You can switch cash on delivery on or off, and choose which payment methods apply to delivery orders and which to pickup orders. That lets you keep cash for showroom pickups only.
Will my showroom and website show the same stock?
Yes. Zopping POS and your online store use one stock count. When a piece is sold at the counter, it stops showing as available on your website and app.
