Zopping DMS · Delivery management system
Your riders where it makes sense, couriers where it doesn’t
Take shipments from your store, Shopify or Amazon. Send each one with your own fleet or a courier, plan the trips, and keep customers posted until it is delivered or back at the hub. Run it on its own or as part of Zopping.
- Own fleet and couriers on one board
- Routing rules by pin code and zone
- Optimised stops with arrival time and deadline
- Failed deliveries, returns and COD

LiveWho it’s for
For sellers who deliver their own orders
Courier aggregators don’t run riders, and fleet tools don’t book couriers. Most Indian sellers need both: bikes for the neighbourhood, a courier for everywhere else.
Quick commerce and grocery
Riders out of dark stores and hubs, with tight windows and lots of COD.
D2C brands
Local orders on your own bikes or Porter, the rest of India on Delhivery or Shiprocket.
Retail chains
Several hubs, each with its own riders and vehicles, on one dashboard.
Marketplace sellers
Amazon seller-fulfilled orders delivered by you, with tracking sent back to Amazon.
What it replaces
What it does
The whole last mile, in one system
From shipment created to cash settled.
Four couriers built in
Compare live quotes, then book Shiprocket, Delhivery, Porter or Borzo from the shipment. Delhivery and Shiprocket bookings come with a waybill.
Hubs, riders and vehicles
Give each hub its own riders and vehicles, see who is on duty, and watch every rider live on the map.
Rider app
Riders sign in with a code, see their stops, mark each delivered or failed, and share location while on duty.
Arrival time and deadline for every stop
Each stop gets an ETA and a due time. Breaches show in an alert feed before the customer calls.
Returns and RTO
Track return-to-origin, schedule reverse pickups, and receive parcels at the hub before a trip can close.
COD reconciliation
Match cash collected by each rider against orders delivered, and mark it settled when handed in.
Zopping DMS · Delivery management system in detail
Fleet and couriers together
Decide once, and every shipment follows the rule
Write routing rules by pin code, zone and need. Shipments inside your zones go to your riders and join trips automatically. The rest go to the right courier. You can override any rule for a single shipment.
- Zones by pin code, map area or radius around a store
- Auto-assign to trips with a maximum number of stops
- Compare courier quotes before you book
Routing rules
Checked top to bottom for every new shipment
Trips and routes
Plan the run, then let the deadlines reorder it
Build a trip from pending shipments, assign a rider and vehicle, and start it. Optimisation reorders pending stops by distance from the hub, pulls forward the most urgent, and recalculates every ETA.
- ETAs from Google Maps when you add your key
- Trip board grouped by status, with editable stops
- A trip can’t close with failed stops unresolved

When delivery fails
Every failed attempt gets a reason and a next step
Failed deliveries land in one queue with the reason recorded. Reattempt, send back to origin, or let an auto-reattempt rule decide. When failures cross a threshold, you get an alert.
- Reason codes on every failed attempt
- Auto-reattempt rules
- Alerts when failures pile up
Failed deliveries
Auto-reattempt onCustomer updates
Tracking that carries your name, not ours
Every shipment gets a tracking page under your brand. Customers get an SMS or email when the order is out for delivery, delivered, or could not be delivered. You choose which events send.
- SMS through MSG91, Gupshup (both DLT) or Twilio
- Transactional email for the same events
- One tracking link, whether it is your rider or a courier
How it connects
Takes orders from anywhere, hands them to anyone
Shipments come in from your order sources and go out with your riders or a courier. Courier updates return on their own and show on the shipment timeline.
Order sources
Zopping, Shopify and Amazon seller-fulfilled orders, with fulfilment and shipment confirmation sent back.
Couriers
Shiprocket, Delhivery, Porter and Borzo, with tracking statuses normalised into one timeline.
Shipment updates by webhook
Your systems get a message whenever a shipment changes. Every message is signed, logged and retried if it fails.
API keys and CSV
Create shipments from your own systems with an API key, or upload a CSV.

Zopping DMS on its own
Bring shipments from Shopify, Amazon, an API or a CSV.
- Own fleet and couriers on one board
- Branded tracking and customer SMS
- Webhooks to keep your OMS or ERP informed
With the rest of Zopping
An order placed in Zopping becomes a shipment on its own.
- OMS orders arrive as shipments, routed to the right hub
- Delivery slots and zones set once for store and delivery
- Rider COD settles against the order’s payment
DMS questions, answered
Quick answers to what retailers ask most. Can't find yours? Ask our team.
What is a delivery management system (DMS)?
A DMS looks after an order from the moment it is packed until it reaches the customer. It decides who delivers, plans rider trips, books couriers, tracks every parcel and deals with failed deliveries, returns and cash on delivery. Zopping DMS covers your own riders and couriers together.
Which couriers can I book with Zopping DMS?
Shiprocket, Delhivery, Porter and Borzo. Add your own account for each, compare live quotes on a shipment and book from the same screen. Delhivery and Shiprocket bookings include a waybill. Porter and Borzo are point-to-point and don’t need one.
Can I use Zopping DMS if my store is not on Zopping?
Yes. Shopify and Amazon seller-fulfilled orders come in directly. Any other system can create shipments with an API key or a CSV upload. Shopify gets the fulfilment status back, and Amazon gets the carrier and tracking details.
How does Zopping plan the best delivery route?
Zopping orders the pending stops on a trip by distance from the hub, then moves the most urgent ones forward based on their deadlines. It recalculates every arrival time after each change. Add a Google Maps key and the times come from Google Maps.
What happens when a delivery fails?
The failed attempt goes into a queue with the reason recorded. From there you can try again, send the parcel back to origin, or let a rule reattempt it for you. Returned parcels must be received at the hub before the trip can close.
Will my customers get delivery updates by SMS or email?
Yes. Customers get a tracking link under your brand, plus an SMS or email when the order is out for delivery, delivered or could not be delivered. SMS is sent through your own MSG91, Gupshup or Twilio account.
