Delivery management in detail
Slots and capacity
Promise only the slots you can keep
Capacity rules cap the orders per slot, per zone, per day. A full slot disappears from checkout, and you can block a slot by hand for a day or for good.

- ASAP slots alongside fixed time slots
- Cut-off times per slot
- A surcharge or a discount on chosen slots

Can I deliver with my own riders and use couriers too?
Yes. Your riders deliver the orders you put on trips, and couriers take the ones they cannot cover. With automatic assignment, you decide whether your own riders or a courier gets the first try.
How do delivery slots work?
Slots are the delivery or pickup windows customers choose at checkout. They can be fixed times or ASAP, delivered within a set number of minutes. You limit how many orders each slot takes in each zone, and a full slot stops showing. You can also block a slot or add a charge or discount.
Are delivery trips planned automatically?
It is your choice. Basic planning sorts orders into draft trips by slot and zone for staff to assign. Scheduled planning fits orders to vehicle shifts, shows ETAs and flags late orders. Auto-dispatch picks a rider and vehicle once an order is packed.
How do I reconcile cash collected by riders?
After each trip, enter what every customer paid and by which payment mode. When it matches what the rider handed in, close the trip. That way cash is accounted for trip by trip.
How are rider earnings worked out?
By rules you set: basic pay, pay by distance, pay by order value and pay by slot, with incentives on top. Riders see what they have earned in the rider app.
Can customers track their delivery?
Yes. Customers get a tracking page with the order status, the rider’s location on a map and an estimated arrival time. The page updates when they refresh it.
