Which payment gateways does Zopping support?
Zopping works with Razorpay, PhonePe, PayU, Cashfree, CCAvenue, Paytm and MobiKwik, among others, using your own merchant account. In India, UPI through our PhonePe partnership gets cheaper as you scale (see pricing). Outside India, connect your own Stripe or PayPal account.
Does Zopping store customers’ card details?
No. Customers type card and UPI details on the gateway’s own page, never on your store. Zopping only saves the result on the order and does not store full card numbers.
Can I offer cash on delivery?
Yes. Turn on cash on delivery in payment settings and choose which methods apply to delivery and to pickup orders. Riders see the amount due on each order and take cash or show a payment QR. The cash is settled when the trip closes.
How are refunds handled?
Refunds go back to the customer’s original payment method or to their store wallet, whichever you set. They can run automatically, and each refund shows on the order.
What happens if a customer’s payment fails?
The customer is told it failed and can try again or choose another method. If the gateway is slow to confirm, Zopping keeps checking, so a payment that did go through is not lost.
Can I take payments in more than one currency?
No. Each store sells in one currency, set for your account. Zopping does not convert prices between currencies.
Can business customers pay later?
Yes, through customer credit. Give a trusted buyer a credit limit, let them order on credit and record their payments against those orders.
