Can I upload products in bulk from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Download the sample CSV, fill in your products and upload it. New products are created and existing ones are updated. If any rows fail, the upload tracker gives you a file listing them with the reason.
Can I move my catalogue over from Shopify?
Yes. Connect Shopify and Zopping pulls in your stores, products and stock. From other platforms, export your products to a CSV file and upload it in bulk.
Can each variant have its own price and stock?
Yes. A variant can differ by size, colour or weight. Each one gets its own SKU, barcode, price and stock, so a medium blue shirt is tracked on its own.
Can the same product have different prices in different stores?
Yes. Set a different price, discount and stock level for each store, and keep one catalogue for all of them.
How do I sell loose items by weight?
Switch on sold-by-weight support, then mark the product as sold by weight. Customers can order part-kilos such as 0.75 kg, and the invoice shows the weight bought.
Does Zopping support bundles and repeat purchases?
Yes, with one limit. A bundle sells several items as one product at its own price. For items bought regularly, such as a monthly refill, Zopping emails a reminder before the next one is due. These are reminders only, not automatic subscriptions or charges.
Is it the same catalogue for my website, apps and POS?
Yes. Your website, shopping app and Zopping POS all read one catalogue. Change a product once and it changes everywhere.
