Will the shopping app carry my brand?
Yes. The app shows your own name, icon and opening screen. You add all three in the mobile apps settings of the Zopping admin.
Who publishes the app to Google Play and the App Store?
You choose. Publish under your own Google Play and Apple developer accounts, connected in the admin, or under Zopping’s accounts. Our team builds the app and helps with submission.
Does the app share products and orders with my website?
Yes. The shopping app, website and POS share one catalogue, one set of prices and offers, and one order list, so nothing is entered twice.
What does the picker app do?
It guides staff through picking, quality check and packing. They scan barcodes with the phone camera, add or replace items that ran out, and count stock.
What does the rider app do?
It shows riders their trip on a map. They collect cash on delivery orders and confirm each drop with an OTP, a photo or a signature.
How do store owners and managers run the store?
In the web admin, from any browser. It covers orders, products, inventory, customers, coupons, analytics and reports.
Can I send push notifications to app users?
Yes. Campaigns can go out as push notifications to people who installed your app, with a title, message, link and image.
