Set up Petpooja Invoice

Connect the Petpooja Invoice (Retail POS) platform to push Zopping customers, products and orders. On customer signup the customer is created as a Petpooja Party; products are bridged as basic non-taxable items on first sync; and on order create a Sales Order is created and immediately converted to a posted Invoice. This is a built-in connector.

Prerequisite: the ThirdPartyIntegration extension must be enabled for the organization.

1. Configure credentials

Add your Petpooja Invoice details to the organization's integration config under the PETPOOJA_INVOICE key:

Field	Required	Notes
`baseURL`	yes	Petpooja Invoice partner API host without scheme. Zopping prepends `https://`.
`email` / `password`	yes	Credentials of the Petpooja user for the organization; Zopping logs in per request to obtain a bearer token.
`salesOrderTemplateId`	yes	Voucher template id from `GET /voucher-init?voucher_type=salesOrder`.
`invoiceTemplateId`	yes	Voucher template id from `GET /voucher-init?voucher_type=invoice`.
`integrationUserId`	yes	Zopping user id used for catalogue write-backs.
`defaultUnit`	no	Unit code assigned to auto-created items (defaults to `PCS`).
`accessToken`	no	Machine-managed — refreshed by the petpooja-invoice-token-generator cron.

2. Supported events

Direction: PUSH = Zopping → Petpooja Invoice.

Mapping notes

The returned Petpooja party / item / sales-order ids are stored on the Zopping customer, product and order clientId respectively to prevent duplicates on retry.
Items are created as non-taxable and stock-trackable.
