Here you will find the\u00a0<strong>Reviews and Ratings<\/strong>\u00a0extension window as shown below.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Click\u00a0<strong>Install<\/strong>\u00a0on the window, and add the extension to your website.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_will_this_change_affect_my_online_store\"><\/span>How will this change affect my online store?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>There are\u00a0<strong>2 types\u00a0<\/strong>of reviews that a customer can submit on your website;\u00a0<strong>Order Review\u00a0and\u00a0Product Review<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol style=\"margin-bottom: 15px;\">\n<li>In the profile section, select the<strong>\u00a0Orders<\/strong>\u00a0option. Here the user will be able to find all the orders they have placed on your website. The user can click on the\u00a0<strong>Write Review<\/strong>\u00a0option to give reviews and ratings for the order placed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/image-34-1024x600.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Note- the user will only be able to give reviews for completed orders<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\" style=\"margin-bottom: 15px;\">\n<li>Once landed on the Rating and Review page, the user can now give feedback for both the order and products delivered here.
